Styler 5.3 m110 Question 2: Why are some index (element model) entries bold?

I am using the <indexter><primary><secondary><tertiary>... setup. Some
entries are bold, others are not and I can't quite figure out where the bold
is coming from.

After you preview your document, use the command line to
set gentexttagdisplay=default
Then, look at the index. You should be able to see what tags are being applied to format the index.
set gentexttagdisplay=none
will return your sanity.
