If neither chime in to identify or start one, would people be interested -- I could host a site.
Basically, I'm often dancing on the fringe of certain technological borders and keep thinking that sharing the information, to the extent I am permitted, in a collaborative medium such as a wiki would be desirable.

I did play around with the site/idea a little bit to see what I could get going. I didn't find anything I was satisfied with setting that was creative enough, easy to maintain, and easy for others to work within.
