With FOSI Technicals, I would like allow row splitting on multiple pages (for all tables in my SGML document).
How to do ?

It sounds like you need deep content splitting, which is discussed in Arbortext Help and in my book Practical FOSI (available for purchase at http://fosiexpert.com/Practical-FOSI.html).
