Xref in a table not publishing blue

I have a xref that is not publishing as a blue. It is located in a table. The xref outside the table publishes fine. I think it is a formating issue.

Where do I need to look in styler? under the Xref element and if so do I need to make and if statement??

Doing a little bit of playing I found in the xref element some other contexts. I copied one of them (xref anywhere in note) and changed the context to (xref anywhere in tgroup). republished and now it seems to work.

If this is wrong can someone correct me.
