Scaling of an assembly

Is there any way to scale the whole assembly just as scaling of a part in creo 2.0 ??

There is no option to scale assembly & all its components at the same time - only one by one, with Scale Modle operation. Assemblies can be scaled as well as parts - just note scaled elements in assembly are assembly features and component placement dimensions only.

Massive all-at-a-time scaling may lead to unexpected results and too many broken designs due to no straight way to scale external references, relations, family table driven items and many other stuff.
