Has anyone experienced Codebeamer server down entire of today, 505 error and found any resolution for it?

As I see you have a hosted codebeamer instance, and you've already reported the problem on eSupport.
The issue was caused by a Microsoft outage, and it has been fixed since, your instance is available again.
