Listener API code Access

I am currently working on custom Listener API's in Codebeamer in my local system. I want some reference Listner API codes for the same. Does anyone know any location where Codebeamer shares its developer codes for the public. If so please provide me the link for the same.

    But out of curiosity: What kind of problem you try to solve via a listener? Because from my point of view they have great power, but regarding performance and scalabiltiy you have to have an eye on that.

    There is no problem i want to solve, i just want to create a custom Listener in my codebeamer.
