3D Title Block in Wildfire 4.0

How do you make the lines for the Flat-to-screen title block shown in this Wildfire 4.0 presentation? http://www.ptc.com/WCMS/files/51307/en/layers_in_combined_states.swf I can apply the text easily, but I do not see an option to add the lines to create the title block. Please help. Thank you.

What you do is create a symbol for you Titleblock and add it by way of Annotations. The way I did it was take my drawing format and make a dxf file of it and take it into autocad and delete everything except for the titleblock and then I bring it back into a Pro/E drawing and then create my titleblock symbol.
