Bulk Item unit mismatch between bulk item definition and reported unit in Creo Product Structure

Bulk Item unit mismatch between bulk item definition and reported unit in Creo Product Structure

Created Bulk item in Creo defining units of measure as "FT" (feet).

In WIndchill Model Structure, the units of bulk iitems were converted to "metres" despite changing the system unit preference to 'USGS'

PTC Support stated htis is the intended functionality.

Any help will be appreciated.
