CAD status

Just a quick poll on employee status, if you are a CAD Administrator are
you an exempt or non-exempt employee?, I have looked into this in some
detail regarding the exemption laws - professional, administrative,
creative professional and computer employee exemption. I just wanted to
see if someone has dealt with this before.
