Changing the Default Lighting

I am trying to figure out how to load up my custom default ambience and default lighting distance when the Pro/E initally loads up. I have saved my values over the "default-lights.dlg", but Pro/E still loads up with its own default ambience and default distance. Wherecan I change the automatically loaded ambience and distance?
