Thanks to all for your reply.
From all the reply I understood that Pro/E can not import *.ai files
directly, though there is a concrete documents present in Pro/E HELP
files.
Pro/e can import DXF files. So we need use 3rd software like Inventor,
Corel which will convert *.ai files to *.dxf.
We can expect that Pro/E might come up with concrete solution in its
next version.
