Customize Screen in sketcher WF 3

How do you move the icons around in sketcher (WF 3)???

I opened up a sketch and then tried to pick Customize Screen from the tools menu but it is greyed out. I also tried right clicking and selecting commands but that is greyed out also.

I was able to move things around in WF 2 with this method.

    Thanks for all the quick replies...

    I was trying to modify the icons from sketcher when I should have been in sketch. As soon as I went into sketch I could select customize screen from the tools menu.

    I had thought I had changed the icons in WF 2 in sketcher but that does not work either... I must be getting old, the memory is slipping.
