I have been using one of those for a couple of years, really helped with my hand pain, love it. Are you running the Evoluent Mouse manager? I it I have the buttons assigned as:
1 - left click
2 -right click
3 - Disabled
4 - wheel/middle click
5 - back
6 - forward
2 is the equivalent to the RMB on a horizontal mouse.
3 is the button all the way at the bottom, I kept accidently bumping that button on objects on my cluttered desk which led to some bad things hence the disabled setting.

Running Wildfire 4.0.
Just plugged in an Evoluent VerticalMouse 4.
I have no "query" and no "alternate menu" functions (right mouse button).
Anyone know anything about this?
Thank you all,

I was having hand and forearm problems using a "standard" mouse. I started researching "handshake" oriented mouses and liked what I saw in the Evoluent mouse ($110 on Amazon). The price being what it is and not being sure if it would solve my problems I decided to purchase an Anker Vertical mouse ($20 on Amazon). I REALLY like it. It has solved all my arm and hand ailments. I think I will upgrade to the Evoluent mouse.
