Thanks

Wow! What a fire storm!
I've been inundated with information about circular references which is
what I have.
I was able to open the .crc file and found the circular ref is only
three features deep (Whew).
I'm not sure if this is what is causing my problem though.
I have a Zip file with all the files that make up the assembly, I guess
I should mention I did not create this
assembly, It was sent to me from another of our company sites, and I'm
not sure where they got it from maybe a vendor.
When I try and import the files into a workspace I can get most of the
files except the assembly file that has the same name
as the circular ref file. The circular ref file refers to a sub assy
file which has a O-ring that is the problem I bet they used
the surrounding geometry to set the boundaries of there O-ring.
Could this circular cause the assembly from importing to a workspace?
