I guess until I get access to the PTC Community page internally which I have requested I will need to use the old fashion way of asking for some advice.
How are Creo administrators handling the Creo Help deployment on a global basis?
With the size of the help system I am look at placing Help on our master file vault and replicated Windchill file vaults in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Using that strategy how are you pointing clients in each region to the correct server?
We use 4 digit facility codes for each building and the user's computer name has that for that facility code.
I was think of adding a call to the Creo start file based off %COMPUTERNAME% to point to the correct help URL.
Anybody have any better ideas?
