How do you model a lamination stator stack w/ a 20 °skew angle winding slot?

Pro Gurus:

Let assume that the lamination stator stack is .350" height, 1.5" OD, .700"
ID. It has 18 winding slot and each slot is skew 20°. The winding slot
looks like twisted helix instead straight. What is your approach to model
this twisted slot? What is the proper formula to create this helix like
slot?
