Hello Creo Analysis Expert
I am doing a group project to develop and exoskeleton suit
I attempt to analyse the stress of key on the hub area but it the value came up awefully large as I don't know how to properly constraint.
Can someone teaches me how to properly constraint a rotating body. The weight of the leg and exoskeleton is the resisting torque or constraint.

Hello, Jee,
The value is awfully high on the cotter pin?
Can you change your shaft engine?
By a splined shaft
Cordially.

Hello Denis
I think it is quite hard to change the shaft of motor as they are fixed to the planetary gearbox
My friend had manually calculated the stress on the hub around 80MPa. I think the problem with Creo analysis is the properly define the correct constraint such that the analysis will be as close as reality.

Hello, Jee,
There is an interesting book on the subject, if I just say so, but in French.
I enclose the link:
