Not directly, but what I did was in my start models I put a sketch of a circle, the diameter about the average size of the parts we typically make. This keeps the system from making the part ridiculously big. You can always delete it afterwards if desired, but I leave them in because it's geometry that can be used to point a repeat region BOM balloon leader to if needed.
