Is there a way to scale down a current model?

I have a model that I would like to have a smaller version of. So every aspect of it would be smaller by the same factor. Is there a way to scale down a model?

Operations/Scale Model

It based on a percentage factor. .9 = 90% of original size. On other words, a 10% reduction.

As Dean said, you can use the scale model. If you accidentally created the part in metric units and want inch units  (or any other unit combination), you can change the model settings and depending on the options you chose when setting the units, this will scale the model (or not).

Units are set in the FILE - PREPARE - MODEL PROPERTIES then in the pop dialog box  by units CHANGE, you can select the units you want the model to be in and then in then next pop up dialog box, you can select whether you want the part to be scaled or not.
