Mechanica Concrete analysis

How do you model a concrete analysis in mechanica given the differing reactions of tension and compression? Is it possible?

Thanks. Took me back to read a college report. I got a bit further after I asked this question and found I need to enter some different numbers when you are testing "non-uniform" material, but I still don't know what to enter for concrete.
