Mechanica Lite Starts Up ... But "Process Center"

I'm using Pro/E WF 4.0 M070. I can start Mechanica and choose the "Lite" option. It puts me in "Lite Mode", but the "Process Guide" doesn't come-up nor does the button for it work (although it is not greyed-out). The vast majority of the Mechanica buttons on the right-hand toolbar are greyed-out too. Anyone familiar with this?

You need to install Mechaanica, even though you may bnot have a license for it, Worked for me.
