Did any one aware of PDMS?
is't possible to work in creo = PDMS?

These are two different functions. Typically, the PDMS is a place that manages the files created by Creo.

PDMS is a usually associated to plant design, especially piping design. Plant Design Management Software and is extensively in chemical and energy plants.
PDM is an abbreviation for Product Data Management. Creo uses PDMLink and formerly used Intralink and Pro/PDM. UGNX uses Teamcenter. Solidworks uses Enterprise PDM. You can mix and match PDM systems with design softwares but it usually requires some sort of 3rd party integration.
Not sure which one you are refering to.
