Please tell me I am just over looking it.

I cannot figure out how to blank a single component in just one view. Has
anyone done this in WF 1.0?

Thanks for the help,

I have tried that, didn't work for me. I am using build M140 is there a
bug with this build? I am also working with a detail view will that cause
a problem?

Sure,

It is under View, Drawing Display, Component Display. Once you select
this, you get the menu manager with the old options.

The answer is that detail views won't let you have a different component
display than the parent. As a work around, I had to do was create a
general partial view and fake the rest to make it look like a detail view.
Personally I think that stinks, but then I am not writing the code just
using it. Summaries follow below.
