ProE WF2 running on WinXP Home Edition

Will ProE run on WinXP Home Edition? Our IT guy is trying to save money.

Members of the Forum:

I would like to add to Bill's question if I may.

I attempted to load the 'free' copy on my XP machine. The machine is a
secure machine and it refused the installation. The ProE software tried to
get to the internet.

The question. Is this true of all installations of the product or my
machine being too sensitive.
