Proprietary Notes on Models

In UG I can add a proprietary note (see pic in link)to a model and upon opening this note pops up and you have to acknowledge it before proceeding. Is this possible to do in Pro-E Models. http://img195.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=85391_Proprietary_Note_122_572lo.JPG
