Protection of IP in IGS/STP files

Is there a way to have a 'Copyright Protected' notice pop up whenever an IGS file (or a STP file) is opened?

I have a need to send an IGS file to an external organisation with which we have a NDA in place, but they may need reminding (preferably each time they open it) that the data is ours, not theirs.

I think I probably know the answer...

If I'm correct, how have you folks dealt with this problem?

I hope I remembering this right. But I think one company I dealt with years ago handled this by embedding the STP into an Excel file and then password protecting it. Not exactly what you want, because once you pull the STP out, it's out.

I guess another option is to just make a simple print with the information on it?
