Running Trail files

How do you loop a trail file to run for a demo? I can run one but it
seems not to loop if I cut and paste the first half of the file again.
Also how do you put in the time delay to slow it down?

Thanks for any help.

I had to do something like this for a "family day" event. The
trick is to combine a trail file and a mapkey.

Create a mapkey that runs your trail file. At the end of your
trail file, include a sequence to run the mapkey again. Mapkey
starts trail file, trail file starts mapkey, endless loop.
You'll have to kill the session to stop it.

The config.pro option TRAIL_DELAY slows down trail files, but
don't use it. You can't set the delay to less than 1 sec,
which makes the playback painfully slow.

I had a couple of different mapkeys to slow things down, all
were "OS Script" mapkeys that run external programs. A couple
ran a script that went to sleep for 1, 2 or 5 seconds. This
would allow someone watching a drawing being created to see
the final result, before blasting onto the next task. The
other mapkey ran a program to display a predefined message in
a dialog box, which usually occurred during a pause. Let's
the user know what's going on or about to happen.

Definitely many other ways to do it .... could just record a
session to a movie or flash file.
