Hi,
Got some great answers, and FAST!
William had a cmd line utility, works great, simple to use

Ben's suggestion looks very handy, complete with a GUI
haven't tried Greg's yet, but it also looks promising!

Jedit has a plugin for log files called Log Viewer. Same thing as Tail -F
