Pro Gurus:

Thank you all for your valuable input.

The engineer draft specifies that the wire is not square but round and
without flat ends. It's a torsion spring by the way.

I re-discuss the matter with the engineer and he agree that he was
miscalculated and give me the wrong overall height value. Which should be
.1125 instead of .100.
