What is file for Recently Used Files?

Does anyone know what the file is, and maybe where it might be located, that populates the recent use files under the File pulldown? When I start a WF4.0 ProE session it is always empty. It will list files I open in the current session but is empty again the next day. Thanks.

I believe that's just the way it is. If I'm wrong I'd like to know too. Sure would be nice to come in the next morning and be able to just grab the file you had open the day before without having to navigate to it.
