What is the best method to use when installing a new CREO 3.0 upgrade from M010 to M060 ? Is there an unistall command we should use or just delete all folders and files and start fresh ?

We would like to do the cleanest upgrade we can and have 4 laptops that will be updated. Thx FRC Team 3951

You can use the Remove Software from the control panel to uninstall Creo. If it leaves any folders behind, just delete them.

Be sure to save the license file before removing the software.

Then you can install the latest build.

The correct process is as Ben's comments. Yes, as Ben mentioned take a backup of license, I would say backup all external custom files e.g. config.pro or any if saved in installation directory.
