Hi,
Has anyone been able to successfully run Wildfire 2.0 on Windows 7?
TIA,
Bruce
Hi Bruce
I tried it several times on many computers (32 and 64bit).
No, I can't run ProE Wildfire 2.0 at Windows 7 - it isn't supported by PTC - see here.

If you have access to a successful WF2 installation (e.g. on a friend's/co-worker's Windows XP machine) you can just copy the loadpoint directory from the successful installation to your Windows 7 machine.
The WF2 setup.exe program doesn't work because it checks for the OS and can't figure out Windows 7 (since WF2 was created before Windows was released).
Note that this only works on 32-bit versions of Windows 7, I have never been able to get WF2 to work on a 64-bit version of Windows 7.
Hello,
everyone can run WF2 on Windows 7 (32/64 bit) if he knows some tricks (as Kelly noted).
Bruce, tell me exact combination of software and I'll let you know ...

I have tried it for 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows 7 - and everything works
Note: Main menu is with different layout/style but looks good.
