Question 1. It's Normal to Spine, not Spline. This can be confusing. If you picked the edge of a prismatic block for a round, the resultant round would be the same as a normal-to-spine round, where the selected edge is the spine. If you pick two surfaces for a round, and they intersect in more than one edge, all intersecting edges will be rounded unless you pick Normal to Spine, and select the specific edge you want rounded. Nomal to Spine does not work with Curve Driven Rounds. I don't understand your other two questions. Detail box? Where? And what about transitions is not clear? David
