attivazione licenza

Ciao!

Ho appena installato creo 3.0 ed ho ottenuto via mail il file lm.txt contenente IDHOST e tutto il resto....

Però il gestore licenze non mi riconosce ne il file.dat ne il precedente .txt e nello stato mi segnala "non raggiungibile".

Quale è la procedeura esatta per l'attivazione della licenza!!??
