photolux for new packages

Hello,

My proE package is old and I'm thinking about buying a new Creo Engineer II.
Does someone knows if it's possible to add photolux and have an idea of its price ?

So, does someone knows if there is some other solutions than Photolux ?
3Dmax, Cinema4D,...
