ptc creo is shutting down itself?

I have purchased student academic PTC CREO today. I have downloaded successfully, but it is shutting  down itself.  There is a message from the screen: " register with quality agent to be able to PTC CREO".

Hi,

it looks like PTC Quality Agent was not installed properly. Can you see this item in Programs and Features list ?
