After presenting the paper last year, I since decided to release the whole thing as an open-source project, managed at sourceforge.
Feel free to contribute enhancements, documentation, etc..
The latest version of CADminTools, is 2.1, including various improvements over the original - see http://www.cadmin.co.uk/CADminTools/ for more info.
