How to remove unwanted relation through ModelCHECK in Creo Parametric

Applicable Release: Creo Parametric 1.0 to 8.0

Description:

• In this video, we will be configuring Creo Parametric ModelCHECK to remove unwanted relations from Parts & Assemblies.
• Configuration works for both Parts and Assemblies.

This did NOT work when the relation line is embedded in a feature.  Is it possible to remove a relation line that is embedded in the first Coordinate system in a part/assembly?
