Arc length dimension and symbol ?

How do I create an arc length dimension and add the symbol to the dimension text?

I need similar to the 250 dim in the attachment.

Thanks, how do you create the actual 'circular' dimension - the '35' shown in that example?

I can only get a horizontal dimension

Any version of Modeling.

By the way, are you speaking of "Creo Elements Direct" or "Creo Parametric"?
