Editing Surface Finish Symbol

Hello All,

Im looking for a way to change the separator caracter of the surface finish symbol. I need to use the comma (,) but Creo do not acept that.

Do you know how can I do it?

Thank you.

Regards.

Fabio

You would edit the symbol to allow text rather than numeric data.

Have a look at this document: Comprehensive Surface Finish Symbol

I included a lot of the missing bits for the surface finish standard including text entry so you can use the comma in the value. You will see the symbol attached to the referenced document. The symbol was created in Creo 2.0 so be aware there may be a compatibility issue with earlier versions.

And welcome to the forum, Fabio.
