3D Data exchange between Creo and Direct Modeling

I met a problem that the part is broken when exchanging 3D data between Creo and Direct Modeling.

So how can I exchange the 3D data smoothly between Creo and Direct modeling?

Thanks a lot.

You can also use STEP or IGES as data exchange format.

Thanks for your way.

Yes, you are correct. The current way I used is to export the STEP or IGES first with direct modeling first, and then open the file of STEP or IGES with Creo Parametric. the result is the part becomes broken (quilt part).
