Getting a smooth curve when pulling a 3D object

When I create an arc in 2D, for example of around 960mm in radius, when I then pull the 3D object it does not smoothly follow the arc.  Am I doing something wrong?  This screen shot shows what I mean.  Thank you.

Check the facet accuracy.  Right click on the part, select Part Properties and then click on Facets,  You can increase the accuracy by reducing the size of the angle, Or by click in Refine By.  See the attached picture.
