March comes with two big platform updates on the PTC Community, the gating of
PTC Community Ideas and a new Windchill Customization board.
Gated PTC Community Ideas
Effective today (3/8) all PTC Community ideas for all PTC products are only visible and available to CustomersWithSupport or those under a maintenance agreement with PTC. You can read more details about this on the Getting to Know PTC Community Ideas FAQ.
The idea icon will still be available under the menu for all visitors or members of the PTC Community.
Windchill Example: (Applies to all idea boards all products).
If someone is not logged in or does not have a community CustomerWithSupport account. They will receive this message from the community explaining why they are unable to access ideas and how to upgrade their account.
