New "PLM" Community Menu for Windchill and Windchill Systems/Software Engineering (Integrity)

Hi, Everyone,

Over the course of the next couple of months we are going to be changing and  "cleaning up" our menu.

The first change comes with moving Windchill and Windchill Systems/Software Engineering (Integrity)  under the new PLM Category.
