CAD Admin & Support Engineers

We are looking to add a CAD Admin/Support person sometime soon. Does anyone any thoughts on what we should be looking for? Is anyone out there looking?

Off the top of my head, requirements that come to mind are:

• CAD Support, mostly Creo, some Solidworks (95% Creo)
• Windchill user support (not administration).
• Process and documentation support.
• Must be a problem solver with attention to detail.
• Ability to see what needs to be done and do it, see what needs to be fixed and fix it

This position will most likely be onsite in Lafayette, CO.

We have users who would be really good at all of this, however, they want to be real Development engineers, not CAD Support engineers. We need to find someone who wants to be a CAD Admin & Support Engineer.
