the video demonstration in English of this exercise doesn't work even if I use Chrome explorer.

I took a look at the link (Set Up Environment | Tutorial | PTC Learning Connector) and also had issues with it.The first time I loaded, it did not work with a page not found error. On subsequent attempts, it did.
I have reported the issue to the systems team, who will hopefully have an explanation.
