Integrity Lifecycle Manager Administration Working Group

Working Group description and objective – The PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager Administration will provide a platform for the following:

  • Provide a platform to support customer-to-customer discussions
  • Get very concrete feedbacks from our customers about missing product features
  • Validate existing customer individual solutions in relation to alignment with PTC’s product roadmap
  • Exchange product roadmap and directions
  • Involve customers and partners early in product roadmap discussions
  • Structure existing Community Ideas, provide concrete input to Product Managers
  • Provide input for spin-offs to develop add-on’s for the Integrity Lifecycle Manager

 

Working Group deliverable – White paper, Tips, Presentations, Functionality Specifications

Working Group Duration – 9-12 Months started in October 2018.

Working Group intended participant profile, max size – 20 Representatives

Participants will include multiple customers in server/system administrators, developers and support group roles), as well as PTC Employees (Product Owner, Customer Success)
