leading zeros in notes

Is there a way to make set pro/E so that it will leave off the leading zeros in the 3d model notes for holes and tapped holes?
.375 rather than 0.375? I normally edit the properties of the note to show the parameters &STD_HOLE_TYPE , &DRILL_DEPTH, &THREAD_DEPTH...etcetera... and list out the format needed at the time for each hole type. Then "Show" those notes on my drawing. The issue is that the values for those parameters all show up with the leading zero and that's inconsistent with all the other shown dimensions from the model. How can I fix this so those unnecessary zeros don't show up?

Thanks
Tracy Willis
