Error opening SCHEMATICS file

I have this error when opening

• for some reason , the design is corrupted:
  ?msg_msg@Serious error - could not recover corrupt design

• did you try to open the automatic backup :
  ?msg_err@Failed to open the design. It may be corrupt or inaccessible. An automatic backup was saved to:
  Y:\ARQUIVOS OFF LINE\RMendes\DEFENSIVO\0000014403_6-22-2023_RCV_1.rsd.

if it does not work for you, report the issue to Technical support
